Definable Project Views within WhiteSpace™ allows Resource allocations to be viewed over a range of Projects. This allows each Manager to view their specific Projects, the commitments and availability for associated Resources.

Project Views can be created by Manager showing all his / her Projects, or by Team, Customer, Office etc.

Depending upon access rights, Project commitments can be amended, moved and added on-the-fly, allowing you to define exactly the level of Resourcing control various users require.

In addition, Project Resource Tasks allocations and Utilization can be viewed in a a variety of ways;

• Day View - hours or %age
• Week View - hours or %age
• Month View - hours or %age

This is ideal for organizations that schedule Project Estimates for future periods in hours or %age rather than specific bookings or appointments.
