FINANCIALS INTEGRATION

The Time & Billing Solution includes a Financial Integration System to seamlessly link with your Financial Accounting System.

The interface is a bi-directional interface which shares static or common as well as transactional data such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receiveable items.

Common Data
Common data such as Job / Project Codes, Customer details and Nominal Account Codes can be shared to save time and increase data entry accuracy.

Link to Accounts Payable
Where required, Accounts Payable can be linked to Time & Billing so that purchase costs can be allocated to Projects allowing accurate costings and re-charging to Customers.

Link to Accounts Receivable
Sales Invoices can be posted directly into Accounts Receivable, saving duplication of effort. Even if you have complex revenue allocation rules, these can incorporated into your implementation.

business-time® Solutions can be integrated with any "Open" accounting system which has been designed to allow sharing of data. Many systems support Industry Standard CSV, XML and ADO links and some systems include an "Integration Manager".
