WhiteSpace® - Reporting

There's little point putting data into a system if you can't get it out in reports, but you'd be amazed how many people tell us that their current resource scheduling or calendaring systems have poor or non existent reporting.

When it comes to reporting, WhiteSpace® excels: standard reports, data views, export to Excel and email report functions all come as a standard. If you find you need more, the optional report writer allows you to customize reporting, write your own reports and charts, arrange them on screen, attach them to menus, specify which users can run them, even allocate a pretty picture so that each report is instantly recognizable.

The power and flexibility of WhiteSpace® is extraordinary, you can create reports and charts, interactive pivot type tables of data, even export the data to excel or email them to colleagues in PDF or excel format. Experienced report writers and developers can also use development tools such as Visual Studio to create literally any report, then publish it to WhiteSpace®, hook it into the menus and embed it within the security system just as if it were an inbuilt report.

Although you can write your own reports if you have the skills and the time, Timewatch® also offer a report writing service whereby our implementors work with you to create your perfect reporting environment. We can also provide mentor training to assist your users to become self sufficient in report writing.
