The Outlook Timesheet system is so intuitive & easy to use it requires no end user training and users can enter their Timesheet and Expenses throughout the day.

Using the Outlook Timesheet could not be easier. Users simply click on the Timesheet button just as they would to access their Calendar or Mail, then choose from a list of their Projects and any sublevels, then start a stopwatch or enter time spent.

Users can only book to the Projects they are allocated to which minimizes entry errors and speeds up timesheet entry. Ease of timesheet entry is further enhanced through functions such as;

  • Copy last week's timesheet
  • Prefill timesheet from the Calendar
  • Favorite Project's list
  • Automatic email reminders for late timesheets
  • Expenses entry

For users that also work remotely or have PDA's or Blackberry devices, there is also a version of the timesheet to support remote access.
